Refund & Return Policy

At Wallarthub.pk, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if something goes wrong, we are here to make it right.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We offer a full refund or free replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product, or
  • You received the wrong item

Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

How to Report an Issue

To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact us at support@wallarthub.pk or via WhatsApp with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Clear photos of the packaging

Once we review your claim, we will get back to you within 2 working days with a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Custom-sized prints once production has started
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer

Return Shipping

For eligible returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse in Lahore. We recommend using a trackable courier service. Wallarthub.pk is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
