1. Do you offer custom sizing for wall art?

Yes! We offer custom sizing on most of our prints and canvas art. Simply contact us via WhatsApp or email at support@wallarthub.pk with your desired dimensions and we'll provide you with a quote. Please note that custom orders take an additional 2–3 working days for production.

2. What kind of frames do you use?

We use high-quality, durable frames made from premium materials. Our frames are sturdy, elegantly finished, and designed to complement your art beautifully. Every frame is carefully inspected before packing to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay when your order arrives at your doorstep.
  • Online Payment – Pay securely via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or mobile wallets.

4. How much are the delivery charges?

We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 5,000. For orders below Rs. 5,000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies. Simple and transparent — no hidden charges!

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and Email. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to track your shipment in real time. If you face any issues, feel free to contact us and we'll help you out.

6. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times are as follows:

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 3–5 working days
  • Other Areas: 5–7 working days
  • Custom Orders: Add 2–3 extra working days for production

7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We're really sorry if that happens! Please take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wallarthub.pk or WhatsApp. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

8. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us immediately. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. For custom orders, cancellation is not possible once production has started.

9. Do you accept returns for change of mind?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind or for custom-sized prints once production has begun. However, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will fully resolve the issue. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for more details.

10. How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our store, add your favourite pieces to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Choose your preferred payment method (COD or Online Payment), enter your delivery details, and you're done! You'll receive an order confirmation via SMS/Email shortly after.
